Custom CNC Machining Services in China

From a single drawing to full mass production — Suzhou Suhang Metal turns your designs into precision CNC machined parts in aluminum, steel, stainless steel and brass, and ships them worldwide.

Whether you are an engineer prototyping a new bracket, a buyer sourcing a machined housing, or a purchasing manager looking for a long-term CNC machining partner, custom CNC machining starts the same way: a drawing and a clear requirement. At Suhang Metal, a custom CNC machining service provider in Suzhou, China, we turn that drawing into finished parts through a transparent, five-step process — quote, process selection, prototyping, mass production and shipping.

What We Machine

Our CNC machining factory runs 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis milling centers alongside CNC turning (lathe) machines, giving us the flexibility to machine almost any metal component. Typical parts we produce include:

Materials We Work With

Material choice drives cost, machinability and strength, so we help you select the right one from the start. Our most commonly machined materials are:

Beyond CNC machining, we also offer aluminum extrusion, metal stamping, sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting and bending, so a single project can combine multiple processes under one roof.

Our Working Process

1Send Us Your Drawing & Get a Quote

Email your 2D drawing (PDF or DWG) or 3D file (STEP or STP) to [email protected] along with the quantity, material and any surface finish you need. Our engineering team reviews the drawing, confirms manufacturability and returns a quotation — usually within 24 hours.

2Choose the Process

Together we decide the most cost-effective route — CNC milling, CNC turning, or a combination with stamping, extrusion or fabrication — and lock in tolerances (down to ±0.01 mm), surface roughness (Ra 0.8) and any surface treatment such as anodizing, powder coating or sandblasting. For help choosing a finish, see our surface finishing guide.

3Prototyping

We machine a first-article sample for your approval. From a single prototype to a small pilot batch, this step validates fit, form and function before you commit to tooling or volume — our MOQ starts at one piece.

4Mass Production

Once the sample is approved, we move to production with 20+ CNC machines across a 5,000 sqm facility. In-process inspection and ISO 9001 quality control keep every batch consistent from the first part to the last.

5Shipping & Delivery

Finished parts are carefully packed and shipped worldwide by DHL or FedEx for urgent orders, or by sea freight for large volumes. We are located near Shanghai Port, which keeps export logistics fast and cost-effective.
